Feasibility study
Consultation and architect's report, plus planning constraints, local character, precedents of what others nearby have done, an initial look at the floor plan, and a written report of how we would add value and make the most of the opportunities. A £250 deposit secures your booking; it is non-refundable and comes off the final payment, invoiced after the initial client meetings.

Site visit to discuss your project
Lewis visits the property to discuss the project with you in person. The £120 booking fee is refunded against your first invoice if you go ahead with us.

Full proposal
For clients who know they want to work with Woods: a £500 deposit secures your place in the studio's diary and starts a full written proposal for your project. The deposit is non-refundable and comes off the £2,500 retainer, invoiced after the initial client meetings.
