The brief
Two buildings, one workplace.
Following the studio's headquarters for ICRTouch, the linkway connects the HQ to the company's second building on the same site, giving staff a covered, heated route between the two.
Because it joins two commercial buildings, the link was designed as a building in its own right: structure, fire strategy, fabric and services coordinated with the structural engineer and approved through a full Building Regulations submission.
